Do I need any musical experience at writing lyrics or poetry to be able to have a song written?
Not at all. It’s our job to write the song. All we need is some information from you which might include; where you met, what your first date was, a funny story about each other and plans for the future.

What if I don’t like the song?
We send you a draft of the song we create for you. If the song isn't what you had in mind you can choose to either change something to the song or to not move forward with the process. It's important to us you are happy with your song.

Whats the turnaround time on a song being completed?
For our ‘Package One’, you will have the song completed within two weeks of your order date. For ‘Package two’ the song will be completed within 3 weeks or your order date. However if you need your order to be fast-tracked then we may be able to accommodate this, although extra costs might be included.

How do we communicate our requirements for the song during the writing process?
We can chat via email or phone during the whole process to make sure we’re on the same page and can really gauge what you want from the song.

What if I don’t want certain features of my chosen package, but I do want something from another package?
We can tailor make a package for you if necessary. For example, if you want to use one of our pre-recorded choruses and have our video team film your event then we can do that.

If i want someone to perform the song at an event, can you provide that?
Yes we can provide a musician or band to turn up at your event and play the song live, we have access to great performers all around the world.

When the song is finished, what happens then?
When you're happy with the finished product we send you a regular mp3 file via email. This means you can easily play the song on any device you would normally do with any other song. It can go straight into iTunes, Soundcloud or can even be played off an email. We can also advise you on how to do this.

How does it work if I want the song ready for an event, but then the video team to actually film the event?
For our previous clients who bought the ‘full bespoke song and video’ package for their wedding. We completed the song so it was able to be played at the wedding as a surprise to the bride as well as the guests. Then the video is completed in the weeks after like any normal wedding video.

What if i just want a song written for something completely different that isn’t involving a birthday or wedding?
If your wanting to make something special for anything else then we can do it. You might want to make a song about yourself to impress in a job interview or spoof a friend with a song about them. Whatever your looking to do, we can tailor make a package for you.
